User Generated Content Agreement

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • To qualify for rewards, each post must follow Program rules and showcase FORCEFIELD products visibly worn or displayed in the image.
  • FORCEFIELD retains full licensing rights to all content created in the Program and can use any content for marketing purposes without time limits.
  • TikTok rewards are capped at five posts per creator.
  • Only posts made after Nov 15th, 2024 qualify. Each reward tier requires new, unique and original content
  • No minimum spend, as long as it’s our brand product.
  • FORCEFIELD reserves the right to modify the Program, repurpose content for marketing, and monitor membership as necessary.
  • Participants may earn only one reward per tier. There is a 24-hour wait time between advancing tiers; multiple posts within this period are not eligible for additional rewards.

USER GENERATED CONTENT AGREEMENT

This Agreement outlines the terms between FORCEFIELD ("we" or "FORCEFIELD") and you, as a participant in FORCEFIELD’s User Generated Content Program ("Program").

By joining, you agree to FORCEFIELD's:

  • Privacy Policy

Enrolling in the Program confirms you have read and agree to these terms.


ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority) to participate and follow all Program rules. FORCEFIELD employees cannot participate.

Participation allows you to earn rewards by sharing qualifying content that tags @FORCEFIELD on Instagram or @FORCEFIELDdesign on TikTok.


DEFINITIONS

  • Participant: Anyone in the Program displaying FORCEFIELD products on social media (Instagram, TikTok) and tagging FORCEFIELD.
  • Rewards: Compensation earned from sharing qualifying content as outlined in this Agreement.
  • Post: Any social media content (post, story, reel, or TikTok) created by the Participant showcasing FORCEFIELD products.
  • Product: Items from the FORCEFIELD site, which Participants are responsible for acquiring unless gifted by FORCEFIELD.


POSTS

Posts must:

(I) Feature only the Participant unless others are 18+ and consent.

(II) Tag @FORCEFIELD in captions or stories.

(III) Not defame, misrepresent, or disparage FORCEFIELD or competitors.

(IV) Reflect honest experiences and opinions about FORCEFIELD products.

(V) Be original, created by the Participant, and free of copyright or trademark violations.

(VI) Not contain inappropriate or illegal content.

(VII) Follow all applicable laws, the FTC Endorsement Guides, and social media policies.

Non-compliance may result in loss of rewards or removal from the Program.


REWARDS

(a) Rewards will be emailed to the registered address. Rewards and eligibility requirements may change.

(b) FORCEFIELD may suspend rewards if improper activity or a breach is suspected.

(c) FORCEFIELD may withhold rewards for any post not meeting these guidelines.

(d) FORCEFIELD can change or adjust reward availability without notice.


POLICIES AND PRICING

FORCEFIELD may change Program terms, policies, and product prices. Participants should not display FORCEFIELD pricing except for promotional discounts.


OWNERSHIP

FORCEFIELD retains all rights, including Intellectual Property Rights, related to the FORCEFIELD website and this Program.


LICENSE TO USE CONTENT

Participants keep ownership of their content but grant FORCEFIELD a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it across any medium, including emails, social media, and advertisements, without further compensation or notice.


RESPONSIBILITY FOR SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT

Participants are responsible for ensuring their content is accurate, legal, and respects third-party rights.


COMMUNICATIONS

By joining, you agree to receive Program-related emails from FORCEFIELD. You may unsubscribe at any time.


TERM AND TERMINATION

(a) This Agreement is effective upon enrollment and may be terminated by either party at any time.

(b) FORCEFIELD can end the Program, in whole or in part, without notice.

(c) Participants only earn rewards for Posts shared during the Agreement term.


MODIFICATIONS

FORCEFIELD may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of changes.

Participants do not have the authority to act on behalf of FORCEFIELD or bind FORCEFIELD in any legal matters.
