"Bought this about 2 weeks ago to wear as a working jacket for all but the coldest days near the southern end of Georgian Bay. Is reduces the wind but does not stop it. The material is soft and feels pleasant with just a t-shirt underneath. Lots of room in the cut for shoulders and chest. It would be nice if this came in tall sizes with slightly longer arms and if it had a zippered outer chest pocket for me to drop my phone in. Over all It is a good working jacket and I will buy again. Love the fact that I can take the hood off and throw it away."

This is water resistant, so it will hold up in light rain for a short period. Check out our Hi Vis Safety Rain Jacket with Snap-Off Hood for something more waterproof.
