Excellent hooded jacket

"Bought this instead of a hoodie, which on sale, was only 5 to 10 dollars more than a hoodie. My old one, similar to this, has a faulty zipper and is missing all the front hi-vis stripes. I can't believe how warm this new one is. It is very thin and light but is way warmer than my old one. This one one will probably keep me warm until January. The outside seems very durable and offers some protection from the rain. I don't like the detachable hood. It is a pain trying to drive with this bulky bag thing sliding around and pushing your hat off. If I didn't want a hood I would buy a coat that doesn't come with one. I like a hood but this one being a snap off one, doesn't seem to want to sit or hang right unless you're wearing it. Lift and truck drivers tell me they can see me for miles. Great coat, surprisingly warm, great deep pockets with zippers and a handy inner pocket that keeps your phone warm and safe. Quality smooth functioning zipper that feels like it should work for years. If you need a good hi-vis spring/fall coat this is a great choice. "Bought this about 2 weeks ago to wear as a working jacket for all but the coldest days near the southern end of Georgian Bay. Is reduces the wind but does not stop it. The material is soft and feels pleasant with just a t-shirt underneath. Lots of room in the cut for shoulders and chest. It would be nice if this came in tall sizes with slightly longer arms and if it had a zippered outer chest pocket for me to drop my phone in. Over all It is a good working jacket and I will buy again. Love the fact that I can take the hood off and throw it away."
