What items are eligible for return?

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 60 days of receipt
  • In original, unused condition
  • Unwashed and unworn (except for trying on for fit)
  • Non-custom apparel (custom-logo'd items are not eligible)

What items are non-refundable?

  • Free gifts and promotional items
  • Custom-logo'd items are not eligible
  • Single-use disposable items. eg: Disposable gloves and masks.

Are there any charges for returns?

  • Returning an item is free of charge
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How do I return an item?

Start a Return

  1. Enter your order number and email address, then click Start a Return
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to select the item(s) you'd like to return
  3. You'll receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a prepaid Canada Post return label

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
